I started A Plan Capital – A plan for your business in October of 2016. At the time I had been working for Prime Office Innovations (a small family dealership) and studying finance at Northwood University. The University's Mission Statement - “to develop the future leaders of a global, free enterprise society”.
After a few years selling copy machines and document solutions, I had developed some great experience and learned the business from a true expert. I was always continuously trying to improve my skills, constantly getting feedback from my clients and actively listening to understand where I could improve and provide more value to them. Often all it took was a simple internal adjustment and I could confidently promise to deliver a solution that I would later deliver.
On the other hand, there was one issue that repeatedly came up and I couldn’t find a value statement that I could honestly deliver. On the verge of losing a long-time client because of some issues they were having with the leasing vendor (that we provided them with), I knew it was time for A Plan!
As an experienced document solution consultant, I understand the issues a copier rep faces. My mission is to help dealerships and their sales team implement innovative financing solutions with a true consultative approach. A plan that truly improves business operations, utilizing automated management solutions and goal alignment, allowing all parties to efficiently attain their goals.
